Διαδικασία αποζημίωσης για αγορά οπτικών ειδών ΕΟΠΥΥ
Εάν είσαι ασφαλισμένος στον ΕΟΠΥΥ τότε δικαιούσαι επιχορήγηση για αγορά γυαλιών οράσεως.
Το ποσό που αποζημιώνει ο ΕΟΠΥΥ είναι μέχρι 100€ με βασική προυπόθεση να μην έχεις λάβει την αποζημίωση αυτή τα τελευταία 4 χρόνια. Για παιδιά μέχρι 12 ετών το ταμείο χορηγεί γυαλιά οράσεως κάθε 2 χρόνια.
Την αποζημίωση την εισπράττει ο καταναλωτής καταθέτοντας τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά στο eopyy.gov.gr. Τα δικαιολογητικά που απαιτούνται για την είσπραξη της αποζημίωσης είναι:
1. Γνωμάτευση παροχών ΕΚΠΥ από τον οφθαλμίατρο.
2. Απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης που να αναγράφει ξεκάθαρα το ονοματεπώνυμο του ασφαλισμένου και τα γυαλιά οράσεως από το κατάστημα που θα προμηθευτεί τα γυαλιά.
3. Βεβαίωση του υπεύθυνου οπτικού.
4. Φωτοτυπία λογαριασμού ΙΒΑΝ με δικαιούχο τον καταναλωτή για να κατατεθεί η αποζημίωση.
