Return / Withdrawal Policy
Before sending each order, we carry out all the necessary checks in order to receive your products in excellent condition. However, in case you find a defect you can send it back to us for replacement, as long as this return is made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products received as well as the intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, etc.) . You have the right to change our products as long as:
– You can try them and if you like them, well, if you do not like them, we are here to solve them all by replacing the product.
– No changes are made to the contact lenses.
– No changes are made to the lenses that have already been installed according to your order, in the frame you have chosen.
– Returns to eyeglasses that have been fitted with eyeglasses free of charge are charged with 10 € for the cost of the lenses.
– Changes are not made to products that have been specially ordered by the manufacturer following your request.
– Refunds are not made on products that are in special promotions.
– In order to make changes, the product must be returned in the condition you received it and returned to our store by Courier and inform us by phone with which product you want to replace.
– Shipping costs for changes are borne by the customer.
– We do not accept responsibility for product (s) that have been damaged during transport by the courier company.
– In case of a defective product it is replaced with the same or another of the same value and no refund is provided.
– The return is accepted if the products are checked that they are in the same condition in which you received them (original packaging, case, labels, etc.) and without any damage, while they must be accompanied by the retail receipt or the invoice that accompanied them.
